NATDA Trailer Show Boasts Record Attendance & Exhibit Space

NATDA (The North American Trailer Dealers Association) returned to Nashville, Tennessee, from Aug. 27-29 for the show’s 16th edition of its NATDA Trailer Show. The event once again exceeded expectations and broke records in both attendance and exhibit space, the organization said.

The NATDA Trailer Show, a North American business-to-business event that connects the entire light- to medium-duty trailer industry under one roof, hosted over 4,000 individuals with over 700 North American dealerships in attendance. Its exhibit space occupied the most expansive square footage in the show’s history, featuring over 310 exhibitors.

“What an amazing show we had this year — the energy was incredibly positive, the new formats for education were well-received, the show floor was buzzing with excitement and everyone had a blast at the all-inclusive show party this year,” said Andria Gibbon, NATDA’s executive director. “One of the highlights this year definitely included the new Tow Talk format, which was well-attended and included interactive participation from the dealers in attendance. These more intimate sessions enabled dealers to share information on a granular level to help them in their day-to-day operations.”

The NATDA Trailer Show will return to Nashville again at Music City Center in 2025, from Aug. 26-28. The NATDA expects the show floor to sell out quickly based on the number of already committed exhibitors returning.

“Exhibitor rebooking for the 2025 NATDA Trailer Show is well underway, and we are looking forward to another successful sold-out show,” said Rick McConnell, NATDA chief executive officer. “The feedback we have been receiving from our exhibiting and sponsor partners has been incredibly positive and that this is a ‘can’t miss’ event for the industry.”
