In January, RV PRO sent out a survey hoping to learn more about the inner workings of RV dealerships and repair shops. We sought information about salary averages, benefits offered to employees, how training is conducted and more.
We weren’t able to report on all the results in our March issue (stay tuned for data on marketing practices and the topics of succession and retirement in upcoming issues). But we found these answers to be insightful — and now you can compare these results to your business and see how you measure up.
With 222 people responding who said they work at an RV dealership, rental or repair shop, we are still eager to hear from more of you.
