Love them or hate them, it’s the time of year for New Year’s resolutions. According to the Pew Research Center, 3 in 10 Americans made resolutions in 2024, and half of those who did made more than one resolution. A survey done by Statista found that among those surveyed, the top resolutions for 2025 included saving more money, eating healthier and exercising more.
