Ross Pantano, national sales director with Vision Management Group, and Anthony Fiorillo, president and CEO of Vision Management Group, will discuss the importance of adhering to best practices during a workshop in the F&I track at the upcoming 2022 RV Dealers Convention/Expo.
“F&I Best Practices” begins at 3:15 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 9, and covers the specifics of what an F&I professional should do to help ensure a successful “turn” in the business office. Included in the 45-minute presentation will be proper turnovers from sales to F&I, introductions, the 300 percent rule, menus presentations and compliance.
