Espinoza works on the production line and is responsible for numerous facets of the manufacturing process. She is responsible for building all of the interior composite panels, wiring the front seven-way plug and securing all of the electrical wires in the battery compartment and converter area. She installs the battery trays and terminates all of the wires in the front of the trailer. She installs the front wall components including the recessed TV compartment, battery monitoring system and other miscellaneous components. Her areas of responsibility include a high level of quality, fit and finish.
In what ways has the nominee gone above and beyond for her company or organization?
Espinoza is a very talented craftsman and is able to work in numerous areas of the manufacturing process. When we recognize [something] on the production line that needs extra attention, she is always quick to volunteer to move into that area and help make improvements or to help train other workers to overcome obstacles. Espinoza has a “can do” attitude and an exceptional eye for details. These two traits combined make her an invaluable member of our team. Her positive attitude always creates an environment that helps others be their best. Espinoza truly cares for the success of Encore RV and the people that she works with even going so far as to bring in lunches for her fellow team members. Encore is very fortunate to have Espinoza as a valued member of our production team.
