Grand Design hosted an exclusive event for its dealers featuring the band Train on Monday at Furrion’s headquarters in Elkhart. Grand Design was one of a number of RV manufacturers to host musical events this year. Others included Thor Industries, which hosted Keith Urban, and Forest River, which hosted ’80s rock band Styx as well as Big & Rich.
