Eliminating Price Roadblocks Topic of RVDA Con/Expo Training

RVDA Con-Expo
During a special workshop at the upcoming RV Dealers Convention/Expo in Las Vegas, Sean Gardner of Joe Verde Sales & Management Training will help sales forces learn not to become too price-focused and become more “value-focused.”
Gardner will present “Sell More RVs By Eliminating the ‘Price’ Roadblocks” at 2:30 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 13, as part of the business innovation track of workshops

In this session, Gardner will explore how price can become a sticking point in a potential sale that prevents the deal from moving forward, especially in an era when consumers conduct extensive research before visiting a dealership. Learning outcomes for this session include:

  • Three easy ways to handle price concerns early on, so sales teams can stay “value-focused.”
  • Two closes that work and have nothing to do with dropping price and losing gross.
  • A “golden tool” technique on how to work through price objections. This one tool could help deliver a few more units per salesperson, per month, and set deals up for more gross.
As a trainer for Joe Verde, Gardner teaches leadership classes for dealers and managers as well as sales workshops for managers and salespeople. Sean has spoken at several NADA Annual Conventions, the RVDA Convention/Expo, and at other industry events throughout North America.
