2020 Carbon to Offer Travel Trailer Options
Keystone RV’s Carbon brand is introducing two travel trailer options to its toy hauler lineup for the 2020 model year. This Carbon travel trailer lineup will allow campers to tow their toys, kayaks, bikes and more without the need for a one-ton truck.
Like Carbon fifth wheels, the Carbon 36 and 34 travels trailers maintain the brand’s signature garage features; heavy-duty, frame-welded tie-downs, a vapor-proof door, and dual-opposing sofas that can easily transform into a sleep space. Additionally, both new travel trailers have a 3,000-pound carrying capacity.
The travel lineup will also feature Carbon’s new 2020 barnwood-themed décor with shiplap-style accents, solid surface countertops, gray wood grain cabinets and crown molding. New upgrades across the brand also include an angled entertainment center built to prevent neck strain and a re-vamped one-piece bathroom shower that better prevents leaking.
The Carbon 34 travel trailer features a U-shaped kitchen with extensive countertop space for cooking and meal preparation. A highlight of this floorplan is its angled entertainment center – a 97-inch sofa recliner.
The Carbon 36 floorplan has dual entries and one-and-a-half baths. The 36 also features an L-shaped kitchen, an angled entertainment center and a 12-foot garage with electric beds that become dual opposing sofas.
“These two dynamic floorplans are perfect for those that want the carrying capacity of a 12-foot toy garage without the complexity of a towing a 44-foot fifth wheel,” said Colin Clark, Carbon’s product manager. “Our new travel trailers will be unique in that fact that they will mirror the craftsmanship of our bigger fifth wheels in nearly every way, except these travel trailer floorplans will cater to the growing number of campers that have shown interest in towing lighter.”
The new Carbon travel trailer will be featured at this year’s RV Open House and will be available on dealer lots this fall.
