2025 RVTAA & NRVIA Expo Concludes With Record Attendance
The 2025 RVTAA & NRVIA Expo wrapped up last week at the National RV Training Academy (NRVTA) campus in Athens, Texas, marking one of the most successful training and networking events the organizations have ever hosted. The three-day gathering brought together certified RV technicians, RV inspectors, industry partners, instructors and vendor exhibitors from across the United States, forming a vibrant hub of education, collaboration and hands-on skills development.
Held Nov. 23-25, the expo drew its largest attendee count to date, reflecting the continued momentum in the RV service and inspection fields and the growing demand for highly trained professionals who can serve the rapidly expanding RV community, event coordinators said.
Exceptional Training, Fully Booked Sessions & New CEU Milestones
This year’s expo delivered a robust schedule of continuing education covering advanced diagnostics, safety procedures, business development strategies and high-value inspection techniques.
Breakout sessions on chassis and brake inspections, solar and power management, and roof and exterior evaluations reached maximum capacity well before the event began. Instructors noted that attendees came prepared, engaged and eager to dive deeper into complex service topics.
Participants earned record numbers of CEUs, helping technicians and inspectors maintain their RV Technician Association of America (RVTAA) or National RV Inspectors Association (NRVIA) certification and stay competitive in a rapidly shifting marketplace.

Vibrant Vendor Hall & Strong Support From Industry Partners
The vendor hall — featuring tool manufacturers, RV component suppliers, reporting platforms, insurance partners and business-development service providers — was active throughout the event. Many exhibitors reported higher-than-expected engagement, with attendees seeking new equipment, updated software solutions and partnerships that support growing mobile RV businesses.
Sponsors noted that the expo provided one of the most concentrated groups of motivated professionals they’ve met in years.
Networking & Community Building Reached New Heights
One of the standout achievements of the 2025 expo was the sense of community.
Attendees formed new professional relationships, reconnected with classmates from their NRVTA training and shared real-world insights about servicing RV customers across North America.
Evening meetups, instructor roundtables and peer-to-peer discussion groups were packed each night, underscoring how valuable the technician and inspector network has become for professionals building mobile-service and inspection businesses.
Positive Feedback & Elevated Skill Levels Across the Board
Post-event feedback reflected overwhelmingly positive experiences. Attendees cited:
- Practical business workshops that helped them improve customer service and pricing
- Instructor accessibility, with trainers spending extended time answering questions
- A sense of momentum in the technician and inspector professions
- Confidence in their ability to better serve RV owners immediately upon returning home

Many participants shared that this was the most impactful expo they had attended, thanks to the balance of hands-on labs, instructor expertise and real-world application.
A Milestone Year for RVTAA & NRVIA
The success of the 2025 Expo reflected the continued growth of both organizations as demand for mobile RV technicians and certified inspectors accelerates nationwide. The event highlighted the essential role RVTAA and NRVIA play in raising service standards, supporting small businesses and protecting RV consumers through trusted professional inspections.
Event organizers confirmed that planning for the 2026 Expo is already underway, with expanded CEU offerings and new training tracks being considered based on this year’s feedback.
