2026 Industry Leadership Panel Coming to Upcoming RVIA Conference

The upcoming RV Industry Association (RVIA) Leadership Conference, held at the Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort & Spa, will feature a dynamic mix of keynote presentations, panel discussions, leadership development sessions and meaningful networking opportunities tailored to the opportunities and challenges shaping our industry.

Scheduled for Wednesday, March 11, a CEO leadership panel will bring together influential CEOs and presidents for a candid, forward-looking conversation on leadership, growth and the opportunities ahead for the industry. The session will be moderated by Craig Kirby, president and CEO of the RV Industry Association, and promises actionable insights and real-world perspectives from leaders at the forefront of the RV ecosystem.

Toby O’Rourke — president and CEO, Kampgrounds of America

She leads the world’s largest branded system of campgrounds with more than 500 franchised and company-owned locations across North America. She holds a master’s degree from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame.

Jeff Rodino — president, Patrick Industries

Rodino has held numerous executive leadership roles across sales, operations, and strategy during his tenure and brings more than 31 years of experience serving OEM and aftermarket customers in the RV, marine, powersports, manufactured housing and industrial markets. His leadership is grounded in a deep understanding of supply chain dynamics and industry evolution.

Matt Wagner — CEO, Camping World

Wagner leads the world’s largest retailer of RVs and related products and services. He previously served as president and COO and has held multiple senior leadership roles since joining the company in 2007, including executive vice president and senior vice president of sales, marketing and corporate development. Wagner holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Operations and Supply Chain from Marquette University and brings nearly two decades of experience guiding growth and transformation within the RV retail sector.

Registration is $795 and includes all sessions, speakers, meals and networking events. Spouses can be added on for a registration fee of $295, which includes all meals and networking events.
