Family, friends and colleagues cheered enthusiastically during Tuesday night’s 40 Under 40 event at the Paris Las Vegas. RV PRO honored 37 of its 40 honorees who attended the event, which capped off the second day of the RV Dealers Association Convention/Expo.
Representatives from awards sponsor Rollick and gold sponsors Eberspächer and RV Mobile Power (RVMP) offered their congratulations to the honorees and thanked them for their contributions to the industry.
Also at Tuesday night’s reception, Ally Donabella Brown, RVDA Learning Center education director, introduced Mark Spader from NCM Associates, who presented this year’s Duane Spader Leadership Development Scholarship. The scholarship honors the company founder Duane Spader, a past chairman of RVDA, and is designed to support current and aspiring leaders in the RV industry by providing exclusive professional development opportunities through NCM Associates training/consulting programs valued between $10,000 and $13,000. This year’s recipient was Lexi Roberts from Longview RV in Connecticut.
During the ceremony, honorees were reminded that they will have the opportunity to attend the RV Industry Association’s Leadership Conference at a discount. The 2026 Leadership Conference will be held March 10-12 in Austin, Texas. For information on that event, click here.
