63 People Attend MARVAC Tech Training

Michigan RV and Campgrounds (MARVAC) held its tech training classes Dec. 10-12. A total of 63 people attended the three-day training held at the association office. With presenters from Air Lift, AP/Bauer, King, MEC, MTI, SikaFlex and Xantrex a wide variety of education was provided.

Curt Hemmeler, executive director of RV Technical Institute, was in attendance and discussed how technicians will be able to advance their education under the RVTI certification programs.

Terry Goddard of Tom Manning Associates spearheaded the training and developed the agenda and organized the presenters.

“We are very fortunate to have Terry Goddard as a MARVAC board member,” said MARVAC Executive Director Bill Sheffer. “RV technicians are a vital component to the success of this industry. Terry’s dedication to the education advancement of these individuals helps guarantee the satisfaction that consumers will have while enjoying RVing.”

MARVAC looks forward to offering more educational course opportunities.
