Chris Alford, lead trainer for Elite Dealer Services, will make his speaking debut at the RV Dealers Convention/Expo during the workshop “Creating the Championship Mentality” at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 7, at the Paris Hotel in Las Vegas.

- Techniques for helping your team turn their goals into reality
