AEONrv announced it has delivered more than 100 all-season, electric-cabin RVs. The milestone signals a shift in what today’s travelers want: the freedom to go beyond crowded campgrounds and explore remote destinations with comfort, reliability and modern technology, the company said in a release.
Founded in 2021 by two Silicon Valley technologists and lifelong outdoor enthusiasts, AEONrv set out to redesign the RV from the ground up. Traditional RVs rely on dated materials, propane systems, and campground hookups, AEONrv said. AEONrv took the opposite approach, building a vehicle that uses modern and green technology, higher quality materials and a fully insulated composite cabin engineered for true four-season adventure.
Customers today want better construction, better materials and better performance from an RV, and AEONrv’s early momentum reflects that change in expectations, the company said.
AEONrv’s electric cabin removes the need for propane or generators. Its 800-watt solar array, Battle Born lithium-ion batteries and insulated composite structure make it easy to stay out longer without hookups. As off-grid and dispersed camping continues to grow, more travelers are choosing vehicles built for comfort, capability and a cleaner power system.

A major part of AEONrv’s growth comes from the company’s customer-obsessed model. Unlike traditional RV manufacturers, AEONrv sells directly to customers and supports each owner with personalized delivery walkthroughs, responsive communication and mobile service when needed. Owners form a tight community that regularly shares real-world experiences, helping the company identify improvements and shape future updates.
To meet rising demand, AEONrv now operates out of a 70,000-square-foot high-tech manufacturing facility in Reno, staffed by more than 70 employees. The company was named Nevada’s 2025 Manufacturing Company of the Year, reflecting its innovative approach to quality and modern production. The production line uses precision fabrication tools and advanced manufacturing systems that improve consistency and quality as output scales.
