AEONrv Unveils 2026 Lineup, All-New EXT Model

AEONrv, a Reno-based manufacturer of all-season, off-road adventure vehicles, unveiled its 2026 lineup: the enhanced AEONv and the all-new AEONrv EXT, an extended wheelbase model engineered to take more people for longer journeys, with more storage and deeper off-grid capability. Celebrating five years and more than 140 vehicles on the road, AEONrv said it’s the most significant product advancement in its history, with a fully wood-free interior, lighter and more sustainable materials and next-generation energy systems.

For decades, most RVs have relied on wood cabinetry, wood-backed wall panels and propane-based systems. AEONrv has taken a fundamentally different approach. The 2026 lineup features a fully insulated fiberglass composite cabin engineered for true four-season performance with an average insulation value of R-15, AEONrv said.

New for 2026, AEONrv has eliminated wood from its cabinetry and interior side panels. The new cabinetry uses a PET structural foam core made from recycled plastic bottles, cutting weight by up to 50% while improving durability and moisture resistance. The result is a quieter, stronger interior that resists rattling, warping and water damage, and frees up payload for gear and water.

More Power. Less Weight. Greater Freedom.

The 2026 AEONrv lineup continues the company’s commitment to an all-electric cabin without the need for propane systems and generators, AEONrv said. Heating, cooling, cooking and onboard power are supported by a new energy platform featuring Victron NG lithium batteries, Victron Orion XS charging technology, and up to 1,200 watts of rooftop solar.

“Over the last five years, we’ve learned that adventure means something different to every customer,” said Jim Ritchie, founder and CEO of AEONrv. “Some want a highly capable vehicle for two, while others want room for family, friends, bikes, skis and longer journeys off the beaten path. With the introduction of the AEON EXT and our most advanced lineup yet, we’re giving customers more flexibility to choose how they travel, where they go and who comes along for the adventure, without sacrificing the all-season comfort, off-grid capability and technology that define AEONrv.”

Introducing the All-New AEONrv EXT

The AEONrv EXT extends the platform by 18 inches on the 2026 Ford Transit AWD 11,000-pound GVWR 178-inch wheelbase chassis, increasing towing capacity, cargo space and off-grid range. The added length supports a true four person sleeping configuration, a larger convertible dinette and an expanded gear garage with room for up to four bikes. Production capacity is limited, and early reservations receive priority build placement. Learn more at aeonrv.com/ext.

The company invited consumers, media and industry professionals to experience the new AEONrv EXT at Overland Expo Pacific Northwest, taking place June 26-28 at the Deschutes County Expo Center in Redmond, Oregon.
