Aftermarket Conference: Sponsorships & Last Call for Product of the Year

Sponsorship opportunities are available for the upcoming 2024 Aftermarket Conference, which is scheduled for Aug. 12-15 in Orlando, Florida. Sponsorships are available for every budget and provide a great opportunity to build brand recognition.

Sponsorship options include the welcome reception, the lunch keynote speaker, floor clings, the golf tournament and more.

As a sponsor, benefits include a company name/logo in event materials as well as other benefits listed for each of the sponsorship opportunities.

The annual RV Aftermarket Conference is a three-day event where prominent aftermarket suppliers and distributors in the RV industry will meet to develop their strategies for expanding their business in the coming year, introduce new products and services, network, and have some fun.

The conference allows one-on-one “appointment sessions” between RV suppliers and distributors of your choosing. The conference also provides many social opportunities through which you can learn vital business information from those who have a record of success in the industry.

Product of the Year

The deadline for 2024 Product of the Year nomination submissions is Friday, June 28.

The award will be announced on Wednesday, Aug. 14 at the 2024 RV Aftermarket Conference in Orlando, Florida.

The annual Aftermarket Product of the Year Award recognizes a single aftermarket product that truly exemplifies “the best of the best” in the RV aftermarket, chosen by a panel of RV parts/accessories experts from leading RV dealerships and a select group of RV distributor judges.

Judges will be evaluating products based on the following criteria:

  1. Innovation: The product was developed with new features that meet real and present unmet market demands with RV consumers, in a way other products have not done previously or addressed unmet market demand in a way that is unique and distinct with significant, measurable value.
  2. Attraction: The product has desirable features or qualities which invoke a high level of consumer interest and/or solves a significant problem or a need that drives retail sales.
  3. Endurance: The product’s material components, design, and construction/assembly have easily recognizable qualities that create product life-cycle longevity.
  4. Value: The product’s usage and high-impact results inspire repetitive purchases by the consumer over time and/or inspire consumers to recommend the product as a leading solution for the purpose the product was created, in a way that separates the product from other solutions.
  5. Visibility: The product includes the ability for consumers to easily discover, identify and engage with the product. It is attractively packaged to enhance RV retailer’s ability to increase inventory turns through merchandising and marketing.
  6. Usability: Consumer’s overall experience using the product is enhanced with instructions and/or other (digital or printed) applications that are conveyed in a simple/concise way. The product is easy to use and RV consumers are highly satisfied with the product’s performance.
