Air Lift Co. Strengthens Dealer Services Team

Air Lift Company continues to invest in the success of its dealer and distributor partners with an expanded dealer services team focused on increasing field support, strengthening communication and providing more opportunities for product education and training, the company said in a recent release.

With more than 77 years supporting aftermarket dealers and installers, Air Lift’s dealer services team serves as a direct connection between the company and the businesses that represent its products every day.

“Our dealers and distributors are critical to the success of Air Lift,” said Laurel Brown, director of dealer services. “We’re committed to providing the tools, training and support they need to grow their businesses and better serve their customers.”

The dealer services team is focused on several key initiatives designed to improve the dealer experience, including:

  • Stronger Field Support & Communication: Air Lift is putting more people in the field, with more frequent dealer and installer visits and proactive outreach on new products, promotions and sales opportunities — keeping partners informed and ready to act.
  • Expanded Training & Responsive Service: Partners gain access to expanded sales and technical training, both in-store and online, backed by an enhanced customer service team that delivers world-class support, Air Lift said.
  • Continued ProSeries Product Adoption & Margin Protection: Air Lift is supporting its installer-focused ProSeries line with new point-of-sale displays and factory labor reimbursement support, along with a distribution model that protects installer margins by keeping ProSeries products out of online channels.

The dealer services team includes seasoned aftermarket professionals Steve Bornowski, Oscar Alvarez, Brian Pauling, Chris Hillestad and Brian Marks, each bringing extensive experience supporting dealers, installers and distributors throughout North America. Together with Director of Dealer Services Laurel Brown, the team brings more than 125 years of combined experience in sales support, technical training, relationship management and aftermarket business development. By strengthening connections with dealers and installers, Air Lift can gather valuable real-world insights that help drive product enhancements and future innovation, the company said.
