Air Lift Company Certified ‘Great Place To Work’
Aftermarket air suspension manufacturer Air Lift Company announced it has been certified by Great Place To Work.
This award is based entirely on current employees’ feedback regarding their experience working at Air Lift Company. This year, 76% of employees reported that Air Lift Company is a great place to work, 19 points higher than the average U.S. company, the company said in a release.
Great Place To Work is a global authority on workplace culture, employee experience and leadership behaviors that deliver market-leading revenue, employee retention and increased innovation.

This certification is the sole official recognition earned through real-time feedback from employees about their company culture.

- Air Lift funds more than 70% of employee’s health insurance and half of the medical insurance deductible for staff through HSAs. Air Lift has absorbed the increase in insurance premiums for several years rather than passing that increase onto employees.
