Air Lift Co. said it has been selected as one of “West Michigan’s Best & Brightest Companies to Work For” for the sixth year in a row.
According to the company, the award is given annually to companies that follow human resources best practices, and it said that the award is especially meaningful this year, given all the challenges brought on by the COVID pandemic.
“We are thrilled to, once again, be recognized as one of the 101 Best and Brightest Companies to work for this year,” said Air Lift HR Director Mary Cook. “The fact that we have maintained our position on the list for the last six years is a testament to our commitment to culture. We know that our culture is what sets us apart. It is something you must work at continuously, starting from the very top.
