Airxcel announced the appointment of Michelle Coleman as business development manager for the company, effective November 2025.
Coleman joins the Airxcel team in Elkhart, Indiana, with a proven track record in RV product line growth and a reputation for building strong client relationships and driving results.
Coleman has over a decade of experience in sales management, account executive roles and project leadership in the RV and interior design industries. She has driven sales growth, built client relationships and led teams through rapid expansion, with key experience at Airxcel, Cleer Vision and other top companies, Airxcel said.
Commenting on Coleman’s appointment, Chief Revenue Officer Paul Craven said, “Michelle’s background spans RV manufacturing, strategic customer and partner relationships, and product development across multiple categories, giving her a rare, 360-degree view of our customers’ needs. With her diverse experience she is well equipped to represent Airxcel’s full portfolio and will be an asset in strengthening partnerships and supporting long-term success.”
In her new position, Coleman will champion business development initiatives, collaborate across Airxcel’s 17 brands and deliver innovative solutions that aim to deepen customer partnerships and advance Airxcel’s growth. She will apply her industry expertise to uncover new opportunities, enhance customer relationships and reinforce Airxcel’s dedication to delivering quality products and services.
