Airxcel announced that Kristen LeBaron has joined the organization as the vice president of strategic planning and implementation based in Elkhart, Indiana.
This role is instrumental in transforming strategic goals into actionable initiatives across the Airxcel family of brands, the company said.

In her new role, LeBaron will oversee a portfolio of high-impact strategic initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and measurable results aligned with Airxcel’s vision. She will be responsible for translating strategic objectives into actionable project plans, leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with senior leadership to monitor progress and drive organizational success. With a focus on managing resources, meeting key performance indicators and proactively addressing risks, LeBaron plays a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of Airxcel’s most important initiatives.
