Participants will gain insights into product improvements, installation best practices, troubleshooting tips and new tools from Airxcel brands, all designed to simplify service and elevate the end user experience. In addition, Airxcel Director of Customer Service Tracey Viburg will lead a focused customer service segment with a step-by-step guide on how to access and utilize Airxcel’s online registration platform, class offerings and RVTI Level 3 certification to ensure your team stays at the forefront of technical expertise.

Brett Motheral, director of sales for Airxcel’s Dicor and InVision brands, and Todd Vice, director of aftermarket sales for Velarium, will guide attendees through the latest advancements in RV exterior systems, including Dicor Products (sealants, roofing, maintenance solutions), InVision appliances and Velarium awning systems. This session highlights new product launches, performance updates, installation guidance and service considerations, all aimed at improving reliability, simplifying ownership and supporting dealers and technicians in delivering a better customer experience.
