Airxcel To Offer Training at 2026 NTP-STAG Expo

Airxcel, a leading provider of essential RV products, will offer two expert-led training sessions at the 2026 NTP-STAG Expo in Kissimmee, Florida, on Jan. 20 and 21. Recognized as a premier wholesale-only event for the RV and marine industries, the Expo’s RV & Marine Dealer University provides practical installation tips and service best practices for technicians, dealers and service centers focused on RV climate control and exterior systems, Airxcel said in a release.

Led by Steve Gokie, director of aftermarket sales for Airxcel’s Coleman-Mach, Maxxair and Suburban brands, and/or Justin Gokie, aftermarket brand sales manager for Airxcel’s Coleman-Mach, Maxxair and Suburban brands, this session covers the newest products, updates and customer-service enhancements across Coleman-Mach air conditioning systems, Maxxair ventilation solutions and Suburban water heaters, furnaces and entry steps. Participants will gain insights into product improvements, installation best practices, troubleshooting tips and new tools from Airxcel brands, all designed to simplify service and elevate the end user experience. In addition, Airxcel Director of Customer Service Tracey Viburg will lead a focused customer service segment with a step-by-step guide on how to access and utilize Airxcel’s online registration platform, class offerings and RVTI Level 3 certification to ensure your team stays at the forefront of technical expertise.

Beyond the Walls – The Latest from Dicor Products, InVision Appliances & Velarium Awnings

Brett Motheral, director of sales for Airxcel’s Dicor and InVision brands, and Todd Vice, director of aftermarket sales for Velarium, will guide attendees through the latest advancements in RV exterior systems, including Dicor Products (sealants, roofing, maintenance solutions), InVision appliances and Velarium awning systems. This session highlights new product launches, performance updates, installation guidance and service considerations, all aimed at improving reliability, simplifying ownership and supporting dealers and technicians in delivering a better customer experience. The session will also feature a dedicated customer service component led by Airxcel Director of Customer Service Tracey Viburg that walks attendees through accessing Airxcel’s online class registration, navigating available training courses and incorporating RVTI Level 3 certification paths, helping organizations keep their technicians operating at the highest level of competency.
