Airxcel’s Coleman-Mach/Maxxair Bolsters Sales Leadership
Neil Kelly and Justin Gokie have joined the sales leadership team at Coleman-Mach/Maxxair, brands of Airxcel. Kelly has been appointed the director of OEM sales and Gokie has joined as the aftermarket brand sales manager.

Kelly is a dynamic, results-driven executive sales leader with a proven track record of driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives and strong customer relationship management. He began his tenure with Coleman-Mach/Maxxair as an OEM account manager after serving in key sales roles in the RV industry. With deep expertise in new product development tailored to evolving market demands, Kelly brings a forward-thinking approach to sales leadership.
Gokie is responsible for executing sales and marketing strategies for aftermarket products, ensuring that the brand’s offerings meet the needs of customers and drive business growth. Prior to joining Coleman-Mach/Maxxair, Gokie held various positions in sales and marketing, where he demonstrated a strong ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies, build and maintain customer relationships, and achieve sales targets.
