Airxcel’s Denise Chariya Promoted to VP of Marketing
Airxcel announced Denise Chariya has been promoted to the to the position of vice president of marketing, effective Feb. 1.
As VP of marketing, Chariya will focus on expanding Airxcel’s marketing reach and effectiveness by leading Airxcel’s marketing strategy and execution, with a focus on strengthening brand awareness, expanding customer education and elevating storytelling that connects Airxcel innovations to the real-world camping experience.
Chariya brings marketing leadership experience from the RV industry, including seven years in marketing leadership at THOR Industries, along with a background in CPG, retail, shopper marketing, agency and consumer insights. She will partner closely with teams across Airxcel and with customers to help differentiate Airxcel’s portfolio, support OEM and dealer partners, and reinforce the company’s reputation for quality and innovation.

“Denise is a strategic, highly collaborative leader with a strong track record of connecting customer insight to measurable marketing impact,” said Anthony Wollschlager, Airxcel’s president and CEO. “Denise will play a critical role generating brand affinity and deepening understanding of the strengths behind our products across OEMs, dealers and consumers.”
Chariya said she is energized by the opportunity to bring a fresh lens to Airxcel’s marketing approach by building on existing momentum and helping more customers understand how Airxcel products elevate the RV experience.

By applying customer insight and stronger storytelling, we can help more people understand the real value Airxcel products deliver to the camping experience.”

Chariya is also an active industry leader, serving as past chair of the RV Women’s Alliance (RVWA) and continuing her involvement on the organization’s board.
