Airxcel’s Solace Strengthens Leadership Team
Solace, an Airxcel brand, announced the appointment of Brian Glick as supply chain manager and Kyle Ramsey as sales manager. These strategic appointments are part of Solace’s ongoing commitment to enhancing its operational efficiency and expanding its presence in the RV furniture market, the company said in a release.

Brian Glick brings a wealth of experience to his role as supply chain manager. With a strong background in demand planning, inventory management and supply chain optimization, Glick has demonstrated exceptional leadership and critical thinking skills throughout his career. In his previous roles, he successfully oversaw purchasing and inventory teams, optimized supply chain processes and managed inventory levels to meet customer demand.

Kyle Ramsey joins Solace as the sales manager, bringing extensive experience in sales and relationship management within the RV and marine industries. Ramsey’s impressive track record includes landing significant accounts and growing business relationships with several major manufacturers. His previous roles include vice president of sales at Stellar Recreation and sales representative at Camping World Design and Supply, where he consistently exceeded sales targets and built strong relationships with key industry players.
