Two RV dealers accused of ripping off customers for millions of dollars both appeared in court Tuesday afternoon in Bakersfield, Calif.

Ken Searcy and Faye Morero are accused of embezzling $2.8 million from customers and creditors. Searcy was the general manager of RV Peddler, Morero was the owner. The dealership closed its doors after filing for bankruptcy in 2016.
Prosecutors allege Searcy and Morero failed to pay customers and creditors what they were owed, choosing to use the money for other purposes. Both face felony charges of grand theft and conspiracy.
