Alleged Trespasser Pleads Not Guilty for RV Break-ins
Joshua Ray Theobald, who is accused of breaking into two RVs at an Arkansas dealership, appeared in court, where he entered a not guilty plea to charges related to the incident.
The Gassville, Ark., man was arrested earlier this month at Great Escapes RV Supercenter near Gassville after deputies reportedly located the suspect, identified as Theobald, sitting in a chair in an RV on the dealership’s lot with the oven on for a heat source. Authorities made the arrest after two separate calls to the Baxter County Sheriff from a surveillance company monitoring the lot.
According to the Baxter Bulletin, Theobald, 29, faces “charges of breaking or entering, possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, trespassing and criminal mischief” for the Nov. 1 incident.
Theobald has a second, separate bond of $5,000 for a warrant from charges out of the Mountain Home Police Department. In that case, he faces charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, driving on a suspended driver’s license and fleeing on foot. Theobald also has felony convictions for burglary and drug charges, according to Baxter County records. Electronic records from the Baxter County Jail indicate Theobald has been booked into the jail 12 times.
