Alliance RV has appointed Dennis Donat as chief financial officer.
Donat has stepped out of retirement to assume the CFO responsibilities. Before joining Alliance, Donat served as CFO of Heartland RV where he guided the company from start-up to a full-line manufacturer of towable RVs. He retired from Heartland in 2015.
“When we established Alliance RV, our commitment was to attract a first-class management team,” said Alliance Co-Founder Ryan Brady. “Dennis has a proven track record and will put the necessary foundations in place as we responsibly grow Alliance RV.”
Donat, a CPA, has served in a CFO capacity for nearly 20 years. Before Heartland, he was CFO of Pace American Cargo Trailers. He also has many years of public accounting experience, most notably with RSM McGladrey.
“Dennis and I worked closely together for many years,” said Co-Founder Coley Brady. “Dennis’s vast experience operating in various economic cycles as well as his experience scaling an RV manufacturer will be a huge asset to Alliance RV. We are thrilled to have him on the team.”
“The opportunity to work with Ryan and Coley in this venture is one of the few things that could draw me out of retirement,” Donat said. “I’m impressed with their energy and vision. I believe they have the right recipe that will align well with customer needs. It’s fun for me.”
