Ally Makes Tender Offer on Senior Notes

Ally Financial has commenced two separate modified “Dutch Auction” cash tender offers for its 7.5 percent and 8 percent Senior Guaranteed Notes.

Ally offered an acceptable bid range of $1,195 to $1,225 on its 8 percent Senior Guaranteed 2020 Notes, and $1,185 to $1,215 for its 7.5 percent notes.

The company will accept bids for its 2031 8 percent notes at a range of $1,300 and $1,330.

The maximum aggregate principal amount of 2020 Notes that Ally can accept in the 2020 Offer will be up to $750 million subject to increase

The maximum aggregate principal amount of 2031 Notes that Ally can accept in the 2031 Offer is up to $150 million.

Ally reserves the right, but is under no obligation, to increase the 2020 Tender Cap and/or the 2031 Tender Cap without extending withdrawal rights except as required by law.
