American Adventures RV recently acquired two lots behind its current facility in Bushnell, Fla. This gives the company a total of seven-plus acres, which will allow more room to house the 200-plus RVs in its inventory.
Additionally, American Adventures RV is expanding its showroom another 1,800 feet to offer more offices for staff needs. The company also announced that it surpassed its goal with record numbers for the third quarter. Total revenue through Sept. 30 was $8.7 million ahead of the originally projected revenue of $5.4 million. The GP for the same period was $7.4 million, establishing a 27 percent GP margin. The Net Pre-Tax Number resulted in $801,000 which reflects a 9.2 percent NPT margin.
The final phases at the Wild Frontier Campground, located at 3101 NW 16th Ave., Ocala, Fla., are set to complete within days, giving it 335-plus sites, which include access to full hookups, Wi-Fi, TV, full banquet-style clubhouse, and a pool. Twenty-plus FMCA Rallies are already booked for the 2018/2019 year, and currently have room for more. The company predicts a boost of 15 percent in RV sales in the future with the campground.
Finally, the company will reveal the Mandy Alonso Signature Series Massage Chair at the RVDA Expo in Las Vegas, Nov. 5-9, which was named after founder Mandy Alonso.
