American Coach, a manufacturer of luxury Class A Diesel motorhomes has recently relocated and renovated a delivery center for American Coach owners to take delivery of recently purchased motorhomes.
The “VIP” area has been relocated from the American Coach corporate production facility to a new location inside the Allied Recreation Group Parts and Service Center at the corner of 28th and Commerce Drive in Decatur, Ind.
“We are pleased with the transition into our all-new VIP delivery area,” said Lenny Razo, director of sales. “Our owners have always received a superior commitment to personalized attention. At the new location, our owners will experience the same professional attention but in a more comfortable and spacious environment that is conducive to providing a comprehensive introduction to their new motorcoach.”
An Allied Recreation Group branded retainer provides access to a designated customer lounge in the VIP area for American Coach guests. Two parallel bays offer a luxurious environment for VIP coach tours and introductions.
There is adequate space for owners to park their old and new coaches indoors to transfer belongings from one to the other while avoiding rain, snow or high winds
The area features a personalized welcome greeting at the entrance of the center.
Inside is a comfortably-arranged living area where owners may socialize and relax before, during and following their introduction in a quieter, less populated location. A coffee bar, Wifi and a television are part of the experience.
“We wanted to make it truly inviting,” Razo said. “The area is so luxurious that even the coach gets parked on a giant rolled-out red carpet.”
The address for the delivery center is 1010 W. Commerce Drive, Decatur, Ind. Hours of operation are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
