OmniMax, the parent company of Amerimax Fabricated Products, among other companies, has been purchased by global investment firm Strategic Value Partners.
OmniMax is a manufacturer of residential roof drainage systems and, through its subsidiaries, a provider of a variety of products to the outdoor living, RV, and other building end markets. The company‘s 2019 sales totaled roughly $700 million.
Amerimax Fabricated Products is a prominent supplier of materials used in the RV industry.
