Applications are open to join the next class of the RV Industry Association (RVIA)’s Emerging Leaders Coalition.
The Emerging Leaders Coalition is designed to “strengthen institutional industry collaboration, competency, engagement, inclusivity and innovation by identifying, recruiting, developing, engaging, and retaining emerging industry leaders and harnessing and elevating diverse emerging industry leader perspectives.”
Emerging Leaders Coalition members receive access to opportunities and experiences such as:
- Leadership Development: Step into leadership roles and sharpen your skills for the next level.
- Networking Opportunities: Connect with industry leaders and peers through exclusive meetings and events.
- Mentorship: Receive guidance from experienced professionals.
- Career Growth: Expand your industry knowledge and boost your career trajectory.
Application Requirements:
To be considered for the Emerging Leaders Coalition, applicants must be employed by a supplier, OEM, campground, dealer or a company that services one or more of those segments of the RV industry. Additionally, applicants from supplier and OEM companies must be RV Industry Association members by the start of the following calendar year (2026).
Applicants must meet the requirements of the coalition, as outlined on the application.
Applications must be completed by the applicant and their supervisor then sent to rvelc@rvia.org. The application period will close on June 30. Selected applicants will be notified in the fall.
