Aqua-Hot CEO Wins Entrepreneur Award
Paul Harter, president and CEO of Aqua-Hot Heating Systems, recently won a 2018 Bravo! Entrepreneur Award. The prestigious honor recognizes the achievements of Northern Colorado business leaders who have built a legacy of entrepreneurial success.
Since 1998, the Bravo! Entrepreneur Award has acknowledged the work and results gained by trailblazers in the corporate arena. This year, seven individuals were recognized; Harter won in the Outlying Areas category.
“I’m honored to be presented with a Bravo! Entrepreneur Award,” he said. “It’s a reflection of what our entire team has achieved; I feel privileged to work with them every day.”
Throughout his career, Harter has built longstanding relationships with numerous charitable organizations and industry associations, giving freely of his time and talent.
Through the Enander Family Foundation, Harter ensures the legacy of Hap Enander, Aqua-Hot founder and fellow entrepreneur, continues to thrive. A significant contribution is uniting the foundation with Sky Corral Ranch to create a youth camping facility and community retreat center.
Harter gives back to the industry through his work with the NoCo Mfg. Partnership. Here he brings together the local manufacturing community to share best practices and strengthen companies, and actively shapes and influences the next generation of workers. He sees his role on the State Workforce Board as an extension of this work, focused keenly on workforce development.
