Aqua-Hot Heating Systems, a supplier of hydronic heating systems for RVs and commercial vehicles, announced the appointment of Tracey Viburg as customer service manager this week.
Viburg will be responsible for implementing new customer relationships management technology and leading the customer service team. Viburg reports directly to the Aqua-Hot Director of Sales and Marketing Harold Ogden said.
“Tracey’s expertise is utilizing CRM tools to bring departments and information together to enable anyone in the organization to address customer needs efficiently,” Ogden said. “With her proven track record of training, building and leading customer interaction teams, Tracey’s leadership skills are well suited for our mission to give our OEM, dealers and end-users the best experience possible.”
Viburg brings more than 10 years of management experience directing centralized and dispersed customer service teams.
Most recently, she held the position of manager of customer service teams for Embla Systems medical products, where she was responsible for ensuring professional interaction and problem solving.
Prior to Embla, she was technical support representative for Polycom, Inc. communications technology products, working directly with clients on technical guidance.
Viburg received a BS degree from Metropolitan State College in Denver in computer science and management.
