Aqua-Hot Introduces 175 Series at Airxcel Showcase
Aqua-Hot Heating Systems, an Airxcel company and leader in luxury hydronic heating solutions for recreational vehicles, introduced its Aqua-Hot 175 Series, a compact, all-in-one hydronic interior heating and hot-water system. Engineered for Class B camper vans, overland rigs and adventure-ready RVs, the 175 made its debut at Airxcel’s 2025 New Product Showcase. Building on the success of Aqua-Hot’s 125 Series, the 175 is engineered for unmatched ruggedness and durability — delivering true off-grid performance, even in the harshest conditions, Aqua-Hot said in a release.

“For decades, Aqua-Hot has led the way in innovation and luxury with our hydronic heating systems,” said Selma Salihagic, general manager of Aqua-Hot. “The 175 Series builds on that tradition by combining high-end comfort with rugged, off-road durability. It’s designed to deliver reliable performance and exceptional comfort for those who seek off-road adventure.”
Built for Boondocking, Designed for Comfort
Engineered with military-grade brass fittings and a high-altitude-ready Espar burner designed to work at elevations up to 10,000 feet, the Aqua-Hot 175 delivers continuous hot water and quiet, consistent interior heat in almost any environment, the company said.
Key performance advantages include:
- True off-grid capability: Runs directly off the vehicle’s fuel system (diesel or gasoline); no supplemental tanks required.
- Continuous hot water: Provides 110 – 120 F at 1.0 GPM
- Targeted heating zones: Aims to reduce cold spots with three independent zones and heat exchangers that can be installed vertically or horizontally.
- Espar burner: Advanced burner automatically calibrates the fuel-to-oxygen mix, offering clean performance without sooting.
- Night Mode: Reduced fan speed for undisturbed, quiet heating throughout the night.
- Dual power: Operates on vehicle fuel or 120-volt shore power.
- Compact installation: One self-contained system simplifies setup and saves valuable space with modular and black box formats (11.5″H x 7.5″W x 17.66″D).
Quiet Power Meets Rugged Performance
The 175 Series’ exterior combustion unit features an integrated muffler for improved quiet operation, while its LCD controller provides diagnostic functions and independent control over multiple zones. With its closed-loop thermal design, the 175 delivers efficient, even heating and long-term reliability — built to match the life of your vehicle.
For OEMs and upfitters, the 175’s modular layout and simplified connections translate to faster installations and fewer service points. For owners, it means luxury comfort without compromise, Aqua-Hot said.
Legacy of Innovation
For over four decades, Aqua-Hot has built a legacy of excellence in hydronic RV heating, creating systems that bring the comforts of home to every journey. As part of the Airxcel family of brands, Aqua-Hot said it continues to advance heating innovation for the RV industry — from high-end motorcoaches to off-grid campervans — ensuring travelers experience the same warmth and dependability wherever their journeys lead.
