Crain Automotive Holdings, a group auto dealer based in Sherwood, Ark., has purchased Northwest RV Sales and Service in Springdale, Ark.
The 3.9-acre property changed hands for $2.03 million, according to property records. That does not include the business price. Josh and Eloise Pettit were the previous property owners.
Randy Covey and his wife, Allyson, were the previous business owners. They bought the business in 2016 from Josh Pettit, who established the business in 2012. The dealership’s inventory includes new and used fifth wheels, travel trailers, pop-up campers and motorhomes.
