Armis RV Guardian Partners With LTS Metals To Bolster Production

Armis RV Guardian and LTS Metals of Schertz, Texas, have successfully partnered in a manufacturing agreement enabling large-scale production of Armis RV Guardian 2.0. for North American distribution in 2026, Armis RV Guardian said in a recent release.
“LTS Metals is a key partner necessary to meet the exploding market demand for the Armis safety innovation, Armis RV Guardian 2.0. LTS’ cutting-edge technologies and expertise in scalable manufacturing is key to our future success. We now can service the RV community at-scale and meet future demands,” said Derek Grant, president, Armis RV Guardian.
US-based LTS Metals and Processing has been offering oil and gas, oilfield, auto/truck/transportation, and automotive accessories solutions since 2012.
“With decades of experience, we brought Armis to production without compromise. Having seen hundreds of innovations, this solution stands apart in quality — so much so, we built a dedicated line to meet demand. It’s a win for everyone, especially the consumer,” said Dan Vader, president and CEO, LTS Metals.
Armis RV Guardian is distributed through our rapidly expanding dealer network, and LTS is critical in delivering the quality and reliability today’s RV owners expect while keeping dealer inventories stocked.
“Today’s market is forcing RV owners to hold on to their trailers longer, requiring more maintenance to keep them in top-shape ready for trade-in when consumer confidence returns. Armis RV Guardian is the best protection against one of the most destructive forces and RV can face,” said Dan Cowan, co-founder and partner, Armis RV Guardian.
Originally launched in 2023, Armis RV Guardian was designed for full compatibility with SuperSprings International’s Trailer SumoSprings, marking a significant RV safety advancement, the company said. Trailer SumoSprings reduces trailer vibration by up to 68%, minimize G-forces and lessen the effects of passing semi-trucks — creating a more stable, controlled towing experience. Every system is backed by a limited lifetime warranty.
In January 2025, Armis RV Guardian received U.S. Patent No. 12,202,550 for its breakthrough safety design. Together, Armis RV Guardian and Trailer SumoSprings provide customers with a complete, maintenance-free safety solution engineered to protect both their investment and travel experiences.
In November 2025 Armis RV Guardian 2.0 launched with a Texas-sized footprint, growing its authorized RV dealerships to meet the growing demand for RV blowout protection.
In 2026, Armis RV Guardian’s and LTS Metals will provide nationwide coverage capabilities ensuring dealers are ready to help RV owners protect their investment, families and journeys, the company said.
