Arrow Distributing recently announced that David Martin, president of The Mark-Kee Group and creator of eRVtraining, will be sharing his extensive knowledge on sales and customer service with RV dealers as keynote speaker at the 2020 Exhibitor’s Showcase.
Martin will be sharing 12 ways to create an exceptional customer experience while giving them a reason to buy. He has 39 years of sales, management and training experience and his firm has served more than 5,100 dealers worldwide.
Martin will be making his presentation during lunch hour starting at 12 p.m. on Jan. 22. This is an opportunity for attendees to learn how to realign goals and become more in tune with customers’ needs.
