Arizon Off-Grid, a power control system supplier to the Australian caravan industry, has launched a brand-new ModuFLEX 12V/24V 400W portable solar solution to help adventurers power their off-road and off-grid dreams, the company said in a recent release.
The ModuFLEX 12/24V portable solar delivers 400 watts of power, open circuit voltage 40.2V, short circuit voltage 12.1A, maximum power voltage 35.8V, maximum power current 11.3A, operating temperature -20 C to 65 C, IP68 rated, with high quality monocrystalline cells.
Arizon Executive Director Roy Ding said the new 12V/24V ModuFlex 400-watt portable solar would provide campers, caravanners, van-lifers, motorhomers and 4WDers with a new light weight portable and powerful solution to harness power from the sun.
“What is unique about the Arizon ModuFlex 400-watt portable solar is that it is suitable for both 12-volt and 24-volt systems and rated at IP68,” Ding said.
“This provides a fantastic power generating solution for those who are running either 12-volt or 24-volt power systems in their 4WD, work ute, camper trailer, caravan, motorhome, van or camping setup.
“It also means that when someone decides to upgrade their 12-volt system to a 24-volt system, they can keep the Arizon ModuFlex 400-watt portable solar to power their new system without the hassle of spending hundreds or thousands of dollars more on a new portable solar setup.
“And weighing only 13.65kg and being foldable means it can be easily stored away when not being used. When matched together with the Arizon Off-Grid power control system and superior lithium batteries, adventurers can go off-grid when they want,” Ding said.
The Arizon ModuFlex 12/24V 400W solar is water and dust resistant, comes with a heavy-duty carry case, support legs, Arizon Gen 4 Intelligent MPPT Solar Charge Controller rated at IP67 and is available now at www.arizon.com.au and will be on display at the 2025 Melbourne Caravan & Camping Leisurefest, Stand 103, Sandown Racecourse, Sept. 18-21.
