AWAKEN RV Expands Manufacturing Capabilities With Baymont Composites
AWAKEN RV announced a manufacturing collaboration with Baymont Composites, a designer, engineer and manufacturer of fiberglass and composite components.

The agreement represents an important milestone in AWAKEN RV’s growth, the company said in a recent release, strengthening its manufacturing capabilities to better serve growing customer demand while advancing its vision for a new generation of molded-fiberglass travel trailers.
“We didn’t start AWAKEN RV simply to build another RV company,” said Scott Hubble, founder of AWAKEN RV. “We started because there were unredeemed opportunities when it came to designing, building and experiencing an RV. Bringing that vision to life requires thoughtful decisions, a willingness to invest in the future and the right partnerships — especially in a challenging market. We believe the best way forward is to stay focused on what we’re building and the people we’re building it for.”
Manufacturing Built on Composite Expertise
Baymont Composites brings specialized fiberglass and composite manufacturing expertise, along with established production processes and experience supporting leading RV manufacturers, AWAKEN RV said. Through this alliance, AWAKEN RV gains access to specialized capabilities and manufacturing infrastructure that will support its next phase of growth.
“We’re excited to be part of AWAKEN RV’s growth journey and the opportunity to help bring its vision to life,” said Kelly Bragwell, general manager, Baymont Composites. “By combining proven manufacturing expertise, strong processes and a shared commitment to excellence, we look forward to delivering world-class execution that supports AWAKEN’s ambitions and positions the brand for long-term success.”
Baymont Composites’ Mississippi operations have a longstanding connection to Tiffin Motorhomes’ vertically integrated manufacturing system, where fiberglass components were produced for its motorhomes.
Continuing this commitment to manufacturing excellence, Prestige Painting in Belmont, Mississippi, has been commissioned for paint and finish, AWAKEN RV said. Prestige originated as a key part of Tiffin Motorhomes’ paint operation. Today, it serves as a large-format RV finishing center with extensive painting and finishing capabilities.
Together, these established resources provide a strong foundation for supporting key stages of AWAKEN RV’s manufacturing process, the company said, including fiberglass component production, shell assembly and final paint and finish.
Establishing these new relationships allows AWAKEN RV to build on its product vision while leveraging specialized manufacturing knowledge, proven processes, and established capabilities to support greater production capacity and consistency.
Built for Growth. Designed for the Long Term.
AWAKEN RV said it is taking a deliberate, long-term approach to growth by investing in the capabilities, partnerships and processes needed to build a resilient company for the future.
“We are extremely excited to level up our large component manufacturing and assembly. It will help us address the tremendous demand we’ve experienced; our goal has never been to chase production numbers for their own sake,” said Hubble. “We want to build a great product, a great community and a great company that will still be standing decades from now.”
For AWAKEN RV, expanding manufacturing capabilities is about more than increasing output. It is about creating the capacity to serve customers more effectively, supporting continued product improvement, and establishing a foundation for sustainable growth without losing sight of the principles on which the company was built, the company said.
By combining AWAKEN RV’s product vision with Baymont Composites’ specialized manufacturing capabilities and the broader resources of its parent company, Patrick Industries, the agreement positions AWAKEN RV to pursue its long-term goals with greater manufacturing strength and flexibility.
A Different Kind of RV Company
As AWAKEN RV enters its next phase of growth, the company said it remains committed to building exceptional molded-fiberglass travel trailers and a business designed to stand the test of time.
AWAKEN RV believes the future of the industry will belong to companies that are willing to challenge conventional thinking.
That means designing products differently. Building differently. Partnering differently. And refusing to accept that “the way it’s always been done” is good enough.
This latest move is another step in that direction, AWAKEN RV said.
