Battle Born Hosting Free Virtual RVTI Training

Battle Born Batteries, a brand of Dragonfly Energy, will host a free virtual RV Technical Institute (RVTI) Level 3 Specialty Technical Training session Wednesday, March 18, focused on lithium battery system design and installation for RV applications.

The training is offered as part of Battle Born’s role as an RVTI Accredited Training Provider and is designed to support RV technicians seeking Level 3 specialty credit toward RVTI certification. As RV electrical systems continue to evolve with lithium battery technology, technicians are increasingly required to understand system integration across multiple components including batteries, inverters, converters, solar systems and charging sources. The upcoming session will provide a technical overview of how these elements work together in modern RV electrical systems.

During the training, participants will learn how to design and install complete lithium power systems for RV applications, evaluate compatibility between key electrical components and apply best practices for safe and effective system integration.

Topics covered in the session include:

  • Designing lithium battery power systems for RV applications
  • Integration of lithium batteries with inverters, converters and solar components
  • Battery bank sizing for different RV use cases
  • Installation considerations and system safety
  • Best practices for troubleshooting lithium power systems

The training will be delivered as a live online session and is open to RV dealership service teams, technicians and other industry professionals seeking to expand their knowledge of lithium power systems.

Battle Born has hosted a number of RVTI-approved supplier trainings in recent years as lithium battery adoption has accelerated across the RV industry. These sessions help technicians stay current with evolving electrical architectures while earning continuing education credits toward RVTI certification.

Registration for the March 18 training session is free and open to RV industry professionals.
