Novus Radar Technologies recently introduced Senzar, which provides blind-spot detection.
Senzar’s blind-spot features include:
- Coverage of left and right adjacent lanes, up to 75 feet of range
- Automatic activation when vehicle exceeds 15 mph
- Automatic lane change alert when turn signals are used in vehicles exceeding 15 mph
- Alerts of left and right adjacent lanes with an estimated impact in less than two seconds
Currently, Senzar systems are available for the following truck makes, models and years:
- 2015 to 2018 Ford F150’s including: F-150 XL, F-150 XLT, F-150 Lariat, F-150 King Ranch, F-150 Platinum, F-150 Limited, and F-150 Raptor
- 2014 to 2018 Dodge Rams including: Dodge Ram 1500 and Dodge Ram 1500 Classic
