Blue Compass RV hosted 200 of its top leaders from across the country on Feb. 12 at the Amerant Bank Arena, home of the back-to-back Stanley Cup champion Florida Panthers, for its 7th annual Leadership Summit.
Following a strong 2025 for the company, the summit served as a launchpad for the year ahead, with top Blue Compass RV leaders and a special guest speaker sharing leadership lessons and presenting the company’s 2026 strategy and game plan focused on operational excellence in all areas of the business.
The event culminated in the 2025 Awards Ceremony, celebrating the year’s milestones and individual and team excellence. The company inaugurated the Chris Glenn Core Values Award, honoring the late executive and partner Chris Glenn, whose spirit remains a cornerstone of Blue Compass RV.
