Blue Compass Notes Executive Moves

Blue Compass RV said several members of its leadership team are changing positions, including the retirement of Larry Hall, who has been the company’s central region president.

Also announced was the promotion of TJ Paulin to Southeast region president and the expansion of Anthony Sahli’s leadership role as south region president to include the company’s Florida, Texas and Oklahoma stores.

“I am excited for TJ Paulin to step into a higher leadership role in the company as Southeast region president. TJ will lead our business in North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, Virginia and Knoxville, Tennessee,” said Jon Ferrando, founder, CEO and president of Blue Compass. “TJ has done an exceptional job as a market leader in North Carolina and Virginia leading some of our fastest growing most successful stores at Blue Compass.

“I am also excited for Anthony Sahli to step into a higher leadership role. Anthony has a strong track record serving in leadership roles at Blue Compass RV, including currently as our Southeast region president. He will be leading a very important business for us with two of the three largest RV markets in the United States, Texas and Florida.”
