Blue Ox will offer two, four-hour training sessions and a one-hour product overview seminar at RVIA’s Tech Academy at the 2015 National Trade Show in Louisville, Ky., Dec. 1 – 3.

In a news release, Blue Ox CEO and President Ellen Kietzmann said the one-hour product overview seminar, scheduled for Dec. 1 from 1 to 2 p.m. in room C109, will include an overview of the features and benefits for service and parts managers of aftermarket products, including chassis performance packages, towing and accessories, Swaypro weight distributing hitches and braking systems.

The first of the four-hour hands-on technical training session is scheduled for Dec. 2, from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. in room C108. Attendees will be treated to a sponsored luncheon during the session.

This seminar will provide hands-on, in-depth technical training to include installation of a Swaypro weight distribution hitch, troubleshooting for Patriot Braking Systems, general towing information and service tips for towbars.

There will also be a step-by-step demonstration on the installation of a chassis enhancement package which includes a Trucenter, Sway Bars and Trac Bars.

On Dec. 3, the hands-on training will repeat at the same time and place as the Wednesday session.

Technicians completing the training will receive certification credit hours, a $200 transferable voucher towards certification testing fees, and a t-shirt.

“Mike Thelander, our outstanding Corporate Trainer with 35 years of industry experience and 14 years with Blue Ox, will lead these sessions augmented by our professional technical training staff,” Kietzmann said.
