Blue Ox announced strategic leadership promotions within our sales organization, reinforcing the company’s commitment to growth, innovation and customer success.
Alex Walker has been promoted to vice president of sales and customer service. Walker will continue to oversee both the sales and customer service divisions, driving strategic initiatives, expanding market presence and ensuring Blue Ox continues to deliver exceptional value and support to its customers and partners, the company said in a release.
Britton Wall has been promoted to director of sales operations. Wall will focus on optimizing sales processes, enhancing operational efficiencies and supporting the sales team with tools and strategies to better serve customers.
In addition, Chad Cole will continue his impactful work as director of automotive sales, playing a pivotal role in driving Blue Ox’s automotive market initiatives.
