Blue Water Launches RV Rental Program

Blue Water Development, a real estate developer specializing in commercial and hospitality properties on the East Coast, has launched its new RV rental program “Try It Before You Buy It.” The pet-friendly program is meant to appeal to everyone from veteran campers, who might be considering the purchase of an RV, to first-timers seeking an authentic RV experience.

“We want as many people as possible to get outdoors and make memories at our campgrounds; offering them another way to stay helps make that possible,” said Dean Geracimos, Blue Water’s COO. “To ensure our guests have the best camping experience possible we designed a program that only requires that they show up and be ready to relax and have fun.”

To this end, Blue Water opted for brand-new Heartland Prowler Lynx 25 LX travel trailers that accommodate up to six people with a full bed, double-over-double bunk bed and a dining area that converts into a full bed. These RVs feature a fully-equipped kitchen, including cookware and dishware, and full bath with tub and shower. It also boasts heating and air conditioning, cable TV, Wi-Fi, and a stereo system with Bluetooth capability.

Each RV site also includes all the extras for a day of soaking up the sun or an evening of roasting s’mores: a deck, an outdoor table and chairs, fire ring and charcoal grill. Additionally, Blue Water has equipped each RV with a list of need-to-know items and will send guests a brief tutorial video to prepare them for their stay.

Looking to the program’s future, Geracimos said Blue Water will closely monitor both its performance and guest feedback before deciding how it evolves.

“We hope our guests enjoy this program as much as we think they will,” said Geracimos. “It’s the perfect solution for avid RVers to bring their non-RVing friends on vacation. It’s also great for those interested in tiny-house living and glamping. We’re excited to kick off this camping season with a brand-new experience for our guests.”
