Organizers of the 2021 Boston RV & Camping Show, scheduled for April 15-18, have announced that the show has been cancelled.
The event had originally been scheduled for January and then pushed back.
“We were informed Thursday by the Boston Convention Center (BCEC) that they are pulling all leases for April, May, and June 2021,” organizers said in a note to scheduled participants of the Boston show. “No real reason was given but we expect based on a television report this Friday morning that they are reserving it for a possible/probable COVID-19 Field Hospital.
“We will be refunding all deposits made for the 2021 event,” organizers said. “Dates are booked for our traditional MLK weekend in 2022 and we will be in contact with you in late summer.”
