Brown & Brown said that its subsidiary, Brown & Brown of Florida, has purchased substantially all assets of Corporate Insurance Advisors, a full-service retail insurance agency.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The Corporate Insurance Advisors team will operate from Brown & Brown’s retail office in Ft. Lauderdale, Fla.
